π Basic details like name, age, gender, mobile number & address are required
π Registration can be done in-clinic or via phone/online (if available)
π Each patient is assigned a unique medical record number
π Appointment Booking
π² Appointments are available through walk-in, phone, or online booking
β° Appointment time is approximate and may vary due to patient load
π Appointments may be rescheduled due to emergencies or unavoidable reasons
π Free Consultation Time Slots
β³ Limited free consultation slots may be available during selected hours
π Availability is subject to clinic discretion and patient flow
π Tests, medicines, and procedures are not included unless stated
